Hi, like springlering62 said, an insulated lunch box would be perfect. You could pre make a salad or wrap, if you dont want to pre make the wrap then just put a bag of lettuce or baby spinach leaves, cucumber slices, ham or light cheese slices in zip lock bags. My favourite is a small tin of tuna or salmon then make the…

If you use the app to build a recipe, add each ingredient individually then tell it how many serves you want from the whole amount at the end .The app will calculate the calories per serve. Thats the best way as long as you add the weight of all ingredients as you add them. It should be prety accurate 😊

I only have 3 cups of weak coffee per day but have never counted it as my water intake. As coffee is a diuretic my dr tells me to drink 2 extra glasses of water for every cup of coffee i drink .😊

After being here many times over the years, losing for certain occasions, then relaxing and regaining the weight once the occasion had been and gone - often plus more !!! I have decided - for me, i am not setting any time frame for my loss this time round. I am losing slow and steady and it can take as long as takes to get…

Logging, weighing…

Eggs are a superfood but i believe, like everything, they should be eaten in moderation. If i was to cook an omelette, i would use 1 whole egg with 2 egg whites. Although the yolk has a lot of neutrients and protein, that is where the most cslories are. So thats a way of having eggs but keeping the calories down .😊

Hi vegjoyp, yes its hard at times. Chocolate and cheese are my weakness so i have the same problem because they are calorie bombs! I even got no sugar chocolate and although its actually nice, its still high calorie - the good thing with it is that its a laxative if you eat more than a couple of squares, so that stops me…
