Hi Mark ,im Dawn, 57 in melbourne Australia but originally from Kent uk. This is my second time round on MFP ,ive had a 3 yr gap as i had a few health issues so unfortunately put back on the 30 kilos i had previously lost !!! Its a fabulous app to use, as long as you log everything and be honest with urself. Ive lost 16 kilos now and starting to feel better. I find walking is good ( we are locked down again for 3rd time) as gyms are closed, its a geat excersize that is safe and costs nothing . I still need to lose approx 35 kilos for a healthy weight but im in no hurry so slow is fine for me Do you need to lose much weight, are you able to do some excersize Mark ?
You will have a fews highs and lows but it all part of this journey. Its helpful to read some of the community feed sometimes for hints and tips when you need incentive. Good luck with the start to the new you 😊0
