It's hard to say if that's right or not without knowing your stats. 1200 is the minimum allowed here, so I suspect it may not be correct. Input your info and see what MFP comes up with for calories. You may also want to set your activity level as lightly active, and don't forget to eat at least some of your exercise…

I alternate: 3 egg omelet, 2 slices pepper jack cheese and half an avocado, with 2 cups of coffee; one before and one after. 1.5 cups cottage with 0.5 cups peach yogurt, and coffee as above. Or leftover pizza.

I'm off one day again. Did my Friday workout, my D workout, today: Superset for 20 minutes, straight leg deadlifts/skullcrushers. 5 minute break. Superset for 15 minutes, cable crossovers/bent over rows. Missed a rep target, too. First in a while 😒

For reference, I'm 5'7" and 185-ish. Not particularly big, but acceptably muscular (imo) so... math math math... maybe 200-210?
