Kitchen counter, then? Anything that gets you up past 45°, really. Pathetic?!? What, you think everyone else is born able to do pushups? 😉

A staircase works great, too. Start with your hands on the highest stair you can reach (in pushup position). When you can do 5 or so pushups fairly easily, move down a stair. You haven't failed unless you've decided to stop trying.

Same. Also, thirsty sometimes feels like hungry. Feeling peckish but don't know what you want? Try drinking some water.

Superset for 20 minutes: sumo deadlift/1 arm cable pull. 5 minute rest. Superset for 15 minutes: db bench press/front raises. Just about back up to speed.

Superset for 20 minutes straight legged deadlifts/skullcrushers. 5 minute rest. Superset for 15 minutes cable crossovers/bent over row.

Superset for 20 minutes sprinter's lunges/side raises. 5 minute rest. Superset for 15 minutes cable rows/db high pulls. I wasn't feeling 100%, almost bailed, but felt better once I started. Maybe dogged it just a little...

Superset front squats/shoulder press for 20 minutes. 5 minutes rest. Superset delt row pushups/curls for 15 minutes.

Same! I prioritize gym (and hitting my protein goal) over most other commitments, but sometimes a couple of beers - or donuts - are just too good to pass up 😛

Sub almond milk for cow's milk and spinach for lettuce in salads. Buy chicken on sale, bake it and freeze it (I find it easier to eat well if it's convenient to do).

For strength you can do various kinds of pushups (against a counter or stairs until you can manage on the floor), bodyweight squats or lunges, crunches, russian twists or bicyles, burpees... the list goes on and on.
