Maybe not a useless challenge; I did the warrior diet and some longer (48 hour) fasts back when I was doing a lot of wilderness hiking/search and rescue. I wanted to know if I could function without food in an emergency. Might be a useful skill for when the zombies come 😉

My workout is kinda similar: I do a push, pull, leg routine. I also bike most days and do a short run 1-2 times a week.

You eat them all, plus any extra calories you burn with exercise (although the exercise calories are overstated here, so maybe eat half).

Are you adding strength workouts? I believe the app only calculates the calories for cardio. (There is an entry for strength training in the cardiovascular exercise section, tho)

Hi! I wouldn't call myself inspiring, and I'm def not motivating (I rely on habit and discipline). I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that you have a lot more time than you think. If you find something that interests you, you'll find the time.

I run and bike in a suburban/county area (2 lane streets, no sidewalks). There seems to be 5 or 6 times as many people out now than before the shelter-in-place order, mostly in small family groups, and I might encounter 40 people or more when I go out. They are usually spread out far enough to be easy to avoid, but…
