  • I don't drink coffee dont like it lol. I was thinking bananas may not help so will ditch them for a while. I will try the bars and also the probiotic. Hopefully all this will help thank you all very much

  • Yes I weigh my food. And I dont eat any of my exercise calories. Some days I struggle to eat my calorie intake. I have lost quite abit since Jan but was doing more swimming than gym. I also use the boditrax machine to weigh. My muscle has increased. I am quite strict on self so dont snack on bad things etc. Just baffles me…

  • I swim a minimum of 30 lengths a time when I go. I've built it up over time . It depends how busy pool is. I admit I love swimming and could swim for hours lol.   • I weigh same time of day and week on boditrax. Also same gym clothes. My home scales are different weights when moved around house lol so that's why started using gym ones when am already there lol.
  • No it was same scale and same time of day and yes 1lb. I know some people don't think it's a lot but I've worked my butt off this week in gym. The changes I've made to already lose over 2 stone have been massive. It just confused to as why lol x

  • Yes I weigh all my food. Even my milk lol. Ive been doing pretty much the same with the food for last 3 month's and lost every week. I just wanted to know how many calories I should be having a day to help me lose. I also log my exercise.
  • I didn't realise I was eating so little. Was eating a lot of chicken, salad and veg etc. Fruit for breakfast etc. But since I joined gym a week ago been 5 times doing an 45mins to an hour cardio and gained. Just trying to speed weight loss up. I seemed to lose more when swimming.
