Swimming or gym for weight loss???
I've been caloring counting since Jan 18 my start weight was 21st I was swimming 4 times a week. I'm currently down to 17st 10 eating only my calorie allowance I dont eat my exercise ones. Hi I was wondering if I could have your opinion on the boditrax machines in the gym? I weigh weekly on them as it's easier as already there. I'm losing weight but my home scales say am more than I am on the boditrax? Which one is correct?
