Thank you! Oh no- I didn’t eat only 1000 calories lol! I stayed at a deficit of that. So I usually would burn 2400 for the day and eat 1400 calories.

Thank you for the replies! Yes, I wear a Fitbit versa. I have lost most of my weight by staying at a 1,000 calorie deficit according to my Fitbit and logging my food. I guess I should’ve said calorie counting. Just focusing on the calorie count instead of focusing on how many carbs or grams of fat I’m eating.

Hey! I’m Amanda. I am 5’5 32 years old and have been doing IF for 4 months now and have lost 42 pounds going from 212 to 170. I am currently down 80 pounds from my highest weight. I’m wanting to give OMAD a try- wanting to lose another 20 pounds. My biggest struggle for sure is drinking enough water!
