I posted little motivational quotes all around my room. Also just looking at my stomach is enough to make me eat less!

Triceps dips, planks, punches.

Hi I just joined this group. Sorry nobody has responded to you yet. I usually drink about 2 ounces of orange juice before my workouts. I’m up very early (before 4 am) and it gives me the boost I need at that time. I know it’s not the same as those commercial preworkout drinks but it works!

Darebee .com has a lot of great workouts that don’t involve equipment. I work out at home and this site has been a great help for me, even when I’m injured!

Salty, crunchy food: potato chips, fries, corn chips, tortilla chips.. I’ll grab a taco shell and break it up, add salt when I’m desperate!! 😬😬😬

I think you should see a chiropractor for your back pain. He could give you some good advice on exercises to help. Hope you do feel better soon!!

Orange juice is a great boost for me. I work out at 4 am and it gives me enough energy to get through a 2 hour or so workout. 🍊

Walking with my 18 year old daughter who has severe adhd. It’s almost a light jog because she is hard to keep up with (and I have adhd as well!) 🤣🤣🤣

@earlnabby Thanks I had no idea! 🙂

Sorry to hear that Michelle! I have fine hair that gets knotty when it’s wet. ACV helps it. There are a lot of uses for ACV besides that.
-
I do. I’m up around 4 am and usually have a little bit of orange juice before my workouts but that’s it.
-
ACV is good for using as a natural hair rinse, getting rid of acne (both mix with water- apply like an astringent). Not so much for weight loss though.

I love the Leslie Sansone walking workouts. They helped me a few years ago when I cracked my knee on the ice. So to answer your question, yes they’re very effective and they do more than walking. 🙂🙂🙂

@Cahgetsfit basically I would leave food in her bowl and refill if she wanted more. I’m not cutting back so drastically like I said in my original post. I want to take her to the vet but we need to get a car or someone to take us. Thanks everyone for your advice! So much appreciated!! 💞💞💞

Darebee .com has a lot of great seated exercises, including ones involving both legs. You can print out the workouts or just download them. I’m a major clutz and always have to modify my workouts. This site has helped me a lot! 🙂 Hope you feel better soon!!

Several if they troll me or just plain nasty. I won’t block if I just disagree with them.

Another question: do you measure yourself? You could be gaining in muscle while losing fat.

@SaraKim17 thank you! She’ll be 9 in the Fall. Still playful- but she’s been sad since our other cat Daisy passed away in October. I want to get her a friend but we’re currently without a car. I love hearing about others cats! Yours is s adorable!!
-
@SaraKim17 she is overweight. Her tummy swings side to side when she walks. She is so heavy that it’s hard to pick her up. She’s a Bombay mix with a slight feline dwarfism. I’m taking your advice seriously and won’t cut her food back so much. I do want to help her get more active though. 💓

If anyone is picturing my cat Sweetpea talking...😹😹😹 Well I have taught her how to bark! She does it to my husband- I think to troll him (he hates it). 😹😹😹
