Usually I drink coffee at home with soy milk and sugar. There’s a health food store I sometimes go to that has the best organic coffee. It’s not as pricey as Starbucks and something about it has more kick than say Folgers brand. I’m wondering if organic coffee has more caffeine in it but either way I could drink a gallon…

I love Darebee. It’s more of a site but they do have apps. (Unfortunately my phone doesn’t support them) Their workouts are downloadable and printable. I get bored easily and they have a great variety, including workout programs and meal plans.

To get down to my goal weight by sometime in March (I have around 15 pounds left to lose). Be more consistent in logging my meals. Work on my weak areas as far as exercises go. (Push-ups etc)

My oldest daughter has 2 chronic illnesses and other issues as well. She doesn’t get along with her sister but I hope that changes. Both of my girls are grown up so I totally get what you’re saying. 🤗

Get down to my goal weight and be more consistent in logging my meals. Spiritually? I’m a Christian. For 2020 I hope to find a church where I feel like I belong to.

I love seeing the new muscles I’m developing. And how it helps my mood. My husband tells me don’t go a day without some form of exercise. He can tell the difference in my attitude. 😊

If you can afford weights go for it. If not, there are a lot of body weight exercises you can find online: Darebee, pop sugar, walking and exercise videos on YouTube can help.
