Certain areas of my body do not impress me much. :( My belly and thighs are so jiggly. I'm only looking to lose 5 more # to be at goal and I'm 66. My exercise routine consists of walking.
What else can I do to target those areas better? I've only been consistently walking for 5 weeks so maybe more time will tell also.
I don't expect perfect but a bit firmer would be nice. :/
Thank you!!

you can't spot reduce fat. Fat usually comes off from troubled areas last. Keep on tracking calories, stay at your deficit and keep walking for your health. be very patient, and it will get better.

If you can afford weights go for it. If not, there are a lot of body weight exercises you can find online: Darebee, pop sugar, walking and exercise videos on YouTube can help.

How much have you lost? It takes a least a year to tighten up after a significant loss. Things should slowly get better if you keep up your activity. Age and amount of weight lost + genetics all enter into the picture. Congratulations on your loss.
