In the book I got, Stillness is the key...
The author recommends journaling, he mentioned dozens of historical figures who journaled and talks about how it allows us to put our thoughts down and away to free up energy and focus for other activities...

I've journaled for 30 years. 🙂 It really does help to write down your thoughts, sometimes helps me to see and make sense of how I'm feeling and get to the real root of a problem. I also like reading back over past journals, seeing how I've progressed, how situations changed, see how I handled things. Also, my memory sucks so it helps me remember events etc 😜
I'll look up your book, sounds interesting.

That’s something I do every morning, and it really does work. You’ll be surprised how much you can learn about yourself.

    P.s Great book btw.

I’m sad to see that no one received the gift of fitness.

Ha! My dad gave me $$ for my b'day in Nov and I used some of it to buy a rowing machine. I'll also be doing basement renos in the new year to revamp my home gym area.

    This from my partner 😍

And seeing my family all happy and healthy. My bf sister partner is very unwell and it has really made me appreciate my family even more. Time is precious.

Oooh! I love perfumes and cologne, ever need any recommendations I'm the person to gossip too!

Sorry to hear the person isn't well, hope they get better and you're all okay 🤗🥰
