Monday May 20th steps 10217 I did go to gym for first goal but didn’t get a run in ( walk instead) And I prepared jar salads for the week

My two goals for the day: 1. Go to gym ( weight day is focus on back, then run at least a mile and half) 2. Make lunch for week ( jar salads) My two goals for tomorrow ( adding now because my day is almost over- and I can work on my goals earlier tomorrow 1. Gym ( leg day with one mile run) 2. Drink more water

May 15th steps: 10,970 I am having a huge allergic reaction to a vaccination so I have not exercised and felt like I’ve gained. Ugh hopefully tomorrow I’ll get a run in
