Daily. I keep track of it in a spreadsheet. I'm more interested in the average over the week than in each day. The trend over time is more important. You'd be amazed at the fluctuation if you haven't tracked it daily before.

At the risk of sounding like an idiot, what exactly does a 'woo' represent? Is that a negative thing? I assumed it was what you stated "woohoo hey now, looking good, etc.."
