I am not sure. I always treat it as raw unless it specifically states something like baked. With that being said, I also add calories for anything I use to cook it with (oil, seasonings, etc)

I am not new to trying to implement a healthy lifestyle either. I do really well and then fall off of the wagon..... I HAVE to do something different this time.
