How are calories calculated

Hello, new here. Can someone tell me if the calories for the foods listed are done as cooked or un-cooked? Example, is a 4oz hamburger patty cooked or uncooked that I’m getting calorie information for? Thank you.

I am not sure. I always treat it as raw unless it specifically states something like baked. With that being said, I also add calories for anything I use to cook it with (oil, seasonings, etc)2

If you search for cooked, presumably you will get a result for cooked. and, if you search for raw, then you may get a result for raw. But, unless you are eating all of the fat rendered from the hamburger, raw doesn't make much sense.0
