I survived my first weekend as a mfper and I feel good. I ate a lot of treats but I logged everything and stayed active! May goals: week 1 Workout 30 mins 6x a week ✔️ Log every meal, good or bad ✔️ Drink my water goal! Every day but Sunday, I still got to 80oz though 😁

I made it through my first weekend! I thought for sure I would blow it and eat like I usually do. I made sure to stay active both days and I logged everything, even all the treats! Happy Monday every one!

Thank you for answering all my questions! Yesterday my steps were 9763 Water was 80oz I'm excited that i made it through my first weekend as a mfper! I ate a lot of treats probably not as many as usual... But I logged and I made sure I was active both days!!
