Not gonna lie. I've had a completely crappy week. Emotionally, physically, mentally. I'm drained. I didn't even get on the scale today because I was afraid it would make me spiral and give up completely. Sorry team. Not sure what you do with a no weigh in. I've got to get my head back in the game. Blah!
