We have a big family potluck - I think there's about 30 people going this year? I'm bringing stuffing, green bean casserole, queso (with green chile) & a Yule Log - weird family tradition but my little brother expects a made from scratch Yule log thanksgiving & Christmas. It's a pain in the neck.

Exactly! I generally either split a plate with my bf or box up half for lunch the next day.... started that habit in my 20s simply because I was BROKE and eating out was such a splurge. LOL! I need to stick to my 'broke girl' habits.

I started skipping breakfast consistently during the work week - it has helped me quite a bit. I've been allowing myself to eat between 12:00 and 8:00. I do still log my meals, but it keeps me from feeling like I have to be so careful in the evenings. I can enjoy sitting down to dinner with my BF and not think about it.
