Just came back from a day 6 days vacation in Bali. Hopped on to my bike earlier, did a 30km ride. Burned bout 611 calories. Felt really good!

50 mins to an hour alternate the days with cardio and strengths training. That way you wont feel bored going to the gym for long hours. Consistent is the key.

Your sweat will still bound to flow downwards. Get the ones with big air ventilators. They will help keep your head cool. Another solution will be to put on a cycling cap and wear your helmet on. Looks way cooler also 😊
