  • @mmapags I have been logging for a little over 7 weeks and have never lost any weight. Is there anywhere I can reassess my calories.
  • @mmapags I tend to eat the same every day. Even off days.
  • @mmapags I was undereating, as 185 lbs only eating 1,400 calories and working out. But then I added 500 calories, and lost 3 lbs. but now I am currently eating 1,800. How do I know how much I burn in a day. And I gained those three lbs back.
