I'm 39 yrs old, female, 5' 7", 174 lbs, goal weights 140lbs, cal target is aprox 1570. I ate a tuna pasta salad for lunch at 670 cal. I ended up snacking all afternoon on almonds and carrots which ended up being another 400 cal. I'm still learning calorie counting with what I had previously assumed were healthy snacks.
