Good 'mornin ~ thought I'd add to the mix. I had a almond milk smoothie using Aldi's Season's Choice Keto fruit blend w/Ancient Nutrition bone broth protein powder and a slice of sesame Ezekiel bread with a tbsp of almond butter. Plus, two cups of coffee (could really use another cup!!) Now, I'm off to read your breakfast…

Taco meat .. ground turkey w/kidney beans or beef with salsa and corn - both freeze well and can be added in wraps, salads and eggs dishes :-)
