I need help with reaching 1,200 calories a day. I am not trying to starve myself, I have just never been able to eat 1,200 calories in one day since I started eating better again.

Four days might just mean your body needs a little break to help you lose more or you could be holding onto water. When I hold onto water my body doesn't lose anything for a week and a half. Need more food. Or your body isn't used to the exercise, the banana is a great idea along with plenty of water:)
