I use IF too. My one or 2 meals...are huge! That is how I like to consume my calories.

I would like to be 149. Odd number I know. Just so I can say "I'm the 140s" with out losing anymore weight! Only 6lbs away. But I feel heathy, my body looks good. Husband is happy. (Always was tho) So if I never hit the "magic" number Im fine. Proud of what I have lost thus far.. Eta: Age:32 with 3 kids.

I have a few. 1) I got to zumba class way late so I took a spot in the front, there was a move where you slide your hands up your body over the face and back down. I jumped induring the middle of this move. Forgot to take my rings off.. and it must have flipped around to the inside of my hand. As I gracefully slid my hand…

Whem I'm bored..or its to hot, heck some times I just can't escape my children. Youtube has wonderful..short/long/funny workout videos. Love doing the ones from the 80s just for some Kicks and giggles. :-) Lots of yoga on there too!

Weight Loss= muscle and fat This is telling you, maintain your muscle… should incorporate some type of weight training. It speaks the truth. The number on scale will get smaller but at the cost of your lean muscle mass.

Show me a photo of what you think is "bulky" I love lifting. Heavy and Low reps. Dropping body fat percentages and pant sizes. After a good season, my jeans are tight for 2 days. As my muscles repair, and hold water. This is normal. It is not mass.

I like mine mid morning. Cold coffee, mocha protein powder over ice. Yummys. Gives me a little perk. :-) My son like chocolate protein powder with PB2 and frozen yogurt mixed with chocolate milk. Hehehe ohhh to have a teenage boys metabolism

I have a few friends that sell.. shakes. They Think my hard work is for nothing, when I could have just drank the shakes. Just laugh at them. 45lbs... sha. That anit nothing!

I like my muscles. And don't want to lose their "weight" aka my LBM. So 145 is my goal My son is is 2 inches shorter then I am. At 13 years old he weighs 93lbs. Stick thin! No way woud I wanna be near or around that. Just my personal feeling.

Big Train mocha flavor 120 cal. 20 g protein. I just mix with water, pour over ice Perfect ice coffee. Sometimes I mix with coffee for extra caffeine. I buy it at Sams Club.

The best cereal is Captain Crunch. It tears the roof of your mouth apart, you can't eat for a couple days.
