Just because something is labeled 0 Calories, does not make it so. Remember the lady who is taking the makers of "spray butter" to court. because it is labeled 0 calories.. but the bottle has over 900!

Have had 3 kids! a deflated balloon.. is what my belly looks like. Belly has gotten smaller, and some of the stretchmarks have faded from red to gray and shinny! If you have them, they never go away. It is a type of scar. :( Sad. but you can make them LOOK better with weight loss and a great attitude.

I went to the Doc for just this. I was diagnosed with painful "chondromalacia" (chondro=cartilage; malacia=bad). I laughed at him when he told me that, I already knew that I had BAD CARTILAGE! Right now I was told to work on my upper thighs, that muscle with help take some of the pressure off my knee. *only one DOC…

Goal is to lose 4 lbs this month. I am 6 lbs from my GOAL WEIGHT!! I upped my calories to 1400. And work out 4-5 days (only doing 3 now) And I'm trying to run farther. Have a 5k in Sept. :) simple right! ?

I just started C25K.. I downloaded the free off name version for my Android phone. called "Simple C25K" I have done one day. Then the heat struck. Not dedicated enough to run int 100 degree temps!

I'm 5'4 and wear a size 9.(was a size15) I would love to drop a few more lbs and be a size 7. Thighs rub together...*grumble* But there is no way a size 6 is plus size I just watched the video on yahoo.. It sort of made me ill.
