How does weight lifting affect your testosterone? I have pretty high testosterone and i've been thinking about doing some weight lifting but im worried about it making my testosterone higher.

@nicruns, i do anything that says easy,walking, beginner, low impact, or obese workouts. They are the only ones im able to do for now.
