I really want to commit to 3 goals 1. Always log calories on MFP to hold myself accountable and also to consume all the calories I need 2. Meal Prep 3. Library (get more books to limit screen time)

Oss, it about the journey not the destination, I find the biggest lesson I learned from jits is not to look at the problem, but look at the solution. 4 - 5 times a week, thats hectic... I can only manage 3 sessions a week !! Glad you are back at it SSpeakes.

I often feel dehydrated yet my Urine as indicated by apullum seems to show I drink enough... its so confusing, I only consume about 1 litre of water and probably another 1 litre in other fluids like tea/normal and herbal
