ok the peanut butter sandwich is really helping to get me to my calories a day but the "bread" is too much, so going to see what else is calorie dense, but is maybe not so heavy on the stomach? What works best for you Nuts and greek yogurt?

Its true what you say, I struggle to eat enough calories, esp since on the days I do BJJ it gives me that extra calories. I am really super sensitive to caffeine its def not a placebo effect, the mind feels more alert and more energy but as you mentioned it is just "fake" energy really, which then would lead me depleted…

I have a vegan powder which is sweet potato and pea protein, called Gorilla Gainer, high in carbs, maybe should add a scoop of that into my shake,

Thanks , I am realising that I am eating too little during the day, as you mentioned above, gonna try add more calories through out my whole day and not be stuck at night with an access of calories to eat... It is such a process, feels like I am forever eating but guess my metabolism is high and need to keep up with demand…

350 calories under what I should eat today and I really tried to eat a lot. Seems need to add another whey shake in, probably in the morning when I wake up, spot on with the fats but not the rest esp protein which is 25 to go

I love this, likewise been skinny fat my whole life and tried to fit into a mould, now I found BJJ and it has given me a passion for fitness and looking after myself together with yoga...
