  • yes your right ...sorry also i do calorie deficits and progress however i feel that at times i got too low on both calorie and carbs...and being chunky yet extremely active and work out pretty consistantly ..it effects my energy levels like you mention...and still cant drop...but i mentally messs myself up between I WANT…

  • PERSONALLY ....WHAT SKYROCKETED MY BENCH FROM SAY ....OBVIOUSLY THROUGHOUT TIME..ive benched 425lbs before at around 232 lbs which isnt much compared to most POWERLIFTERS but anyways !!! SORRY FOR BAD NEWS BUT YOU CANT REALLY INCREASE BENCH ON CALORIE DEFICIT...carbs is one major factor...eat every 4 hours...ID HAVE LIKE 3…

  • im very confused here...so your intaking 1500 calories a day?? but your weighing ball park 267??? No idea how you cant drop weight unless your overly stressing and im assuming your for sure eating more than you think.....ALSO HO LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DIETING ????....why so low in calories ?....im confused on the info here so…
