I’m not to sure I don’t really pay attention to updates but the developers need to fix it as I don’t know what I’ve lost calorie wise throughout the day. It was good as a rough estimate as all the other apps give different higher calories burned for the steps I do which I know isn’t right

I’m defo not over my daily limit, I log everything even drink. I had about 600 calories each day this week as I’ve not been that hungry. I’ve never ran into this before and I’ve been doing this 4 months so I’m not even eating enough to maintain a weight. So I don’t really know why this is.

Thanks for that explanation! It just annoys me due to the fact that I don’t really eat more than 1000 calories a day that’s why I couldn’t understand how I gained it. Seen as your weight fluctuates throughout the day, when should you weigh yourself?

I just need help understanding why I have gained weight because I’m not clued up on all aspects of weight loss. Also how can I get an accurate reading of how many calories I have burned? Especially when using exercise machines like the stationary bike?
