@171lake Your goal is absolutely realistic. I truly believe that you can make it to your goal if you really double down on the next few weeks. It would also be worth it to drink more water incase you have any nasty water weight dragging down your progress. You're doing great!

It really depends on body type, best bet would to go for ten pounds and as you go decide when to stop. Your goal could also be a different amount of inches on your body which would likely be an easier thing to keep track of for what your goal is

Muscle is denser then fat, when you work out your fat is replaced with muscle over time and eventually you may start technically gaining weight in muscle while your body looks even better and more toned from the decrease in body fat percentage.

I have a medical issue (PoTS) the pretty much prevents me from doing cardio or any excersises that raises my heart rate over 120bpm. As you can imagine that limits my choices greatly. I've discovered weight lifting to be a good alternative, it's no cardio but it's better then nothing!

Happy Thanksgiving!! We are having roast brussel sprouts, mash potato, Yorkshire pudding, fried salmon and carrots all with gravy of course. I made a German Apple cake for dessert aswell as whatever our guests are bringing since everyone has said they'll bring some baked goods.
