  • Goodreadsgal, Do you have access to a pool anywhere? I have a hard time running, and even walking because my knees and back hate the extra weight. Even just walking laps in the pool can give you some cardio without putting so much pressure on your joints. I love it, and I don’t have that overly sweaty feeling when I’m done.
