I really love Aldi's asian vegetable medley (frozen, Season's choice is the brand) with their bottled Thai or Teriyaki sauce. A bag of the veggies with the sauce - depending on which one - is 300-340 calories. But its so filling, cheap, and delicious. I add shrimp if Im hungrier

You can do it! Getting support is a good way to quit half adding and make sure you get it done right. I have also stopped and started a few times. Lost 100 pounds, then got apathetic. Luckily didnt gain any back, but still have 15 to go! Feel free to add me.

Agree with everything you said. When I started for the first couple weeks I just made the goal of getting in the habit of tracking everything to get an idea of daily intake. After that, maybe move to 0.5 loss a week, if that's comfortable and you arent super hungry, then move to 1 etc. Meal planning is your best friend,…

I try to break up calories by day part depending on how hungry I usually am at a given time. For instance, in the morning and lunch I am usually not that hungry, so I eat smaller meals then to allow myself more calories for dinner. You're almost there!! I'm 26 as well, have lost 100 pounds and have 15ish to go. I try to eat pretty healthy and limit processed foods, although I don't believe in trying to completely cut out foods I really like. Feel free to add me!
