Having convenient and ready-to-eat options can help keep you away from junk. Because from a time and effort standpoint, junk food is often much easier. Examples: 1. Boiled eggs (boil a dozen and keep them in your fridge) 2. Cans of V8 juice 3. Salmon cakes (canned salmon+eggs+oatmeal) 4. Yogurt/cottage cheese

Yep! I started a few days ago and hope to lose about 40 lbs. I'm going all in... cardio and strength training + a strict diet. I'm keeping my diary public to help hold myself accountable. Looking for some positive friends as well!

I tend to opt for convenience. Sometimes I’ll just take a few boiled eggs and a can of v8. The only preparation needed is boiling a big pot of eggs on the weekend.
