Hello every one before the lock-down by me I was unable to meet anyone. And with the lock-down I feel a bit more lonely having to sit alone in my house unable to go anywhere is just killing me. How is every one doing?

At the office today havent been to gym in 3 weeks I miss the gym. Going to a challenge that my dad gave me 30 push-up every hour from 8am to 8pm
