Track food accurately will help immensely, I also joined a meal service (hello fresh) to help me eat healthy meals at dinner time.

Its all screwed up, it will stop adding steps as soon as a workout is logged, then it will start logging the same workout multiple times! They are aware of the problem.

I just turned 41 end of June, hit 302 lbs in March. I stopped laying in front of the tv and playing xbox and started exercising. I joined mfp in May to monitor my calories, I'm now down 50 lbs, and feeling alot better. Its possible, I have 2 kids that i can keep up with now!
