Good advice! I’m doing an exercise video called One & Done! Just bought some hand weights online from Walmart. Two 10lb weights for $14.95 each, but you can buy just one if you can’t afford much. I’m just starting also.

I’ve read over & over that to target your core you need to combine a little cardio with, squats, leg lunges, planks, push ups & jumping jacks. Check out ONE & DONE!

Why don’t you try a chocolate keto meal replacement shake in the am. I’m on keto too & I start with a shake. Then snake on some cheese, & cashews. For lunch I eat a salad with cheese & almond slices added & canned chicken breast. Look at the keto friendly/low carb friendly easy recipes on FB for some ideas. I am allowed…

I have to eat breakfast or I don’t feel well. I either have bacon & eggs or a chocolate keto meal replacement shake. I like to graze all day. A handful of nuts, some cheese. I’m on the keto diet kinda heading towards Adkins now.

My husband & I started on keto on April 17th & now are transitioning into Adkins. We both lost inch’s & pounds. Very happy with this way of life. Pretty easy to do.
