“Let’s try it for a week or so, we’ll lose a couple pounds!” That how it all started 😊

It does help that Bellkat2019 and I have been doing it together. Easier to stay away from bad food. The tired feeling didn’t last very long. You’re off to a good start!

Hi, I’m starting keto again on Monday, successfully lost 60lb in 9 months then plateaued, gave calorie counting a go instead 🙄 I’m rubbish at that, so back to keto and 🤞

@Bellkat2019 at the age of 63 I accidently went Keto seeking pain relief and found it plus lost about 50 pounds the first year and it has stayed off for the last 4 years eating 2000-3000 calories daily when I spot check a few times a year since I am a non counter by choice (NCBC) and not a weight loss dieter. Now at 68 I am still trying to learn why keto has reversed and still is reversing health concerns not thought possible in my case.

In my case NOW I expect it was positive shifts in my gut microbiome from my ketogenic Way Of Eating.

While the link below is not a health issue of mine it is a good research paper on how Keto has helped me in other ways.
