With my current goals set once I achieve a weight, i will then start a bulking process later the way I'm eating start lifting alot more. Then maintain as long as i can

I go to the gym anyway. If on not feeling it I will spend all of my allotted time one the tread mill. This may or may not be good advise it's just what I do to re enforce habbit

Someone told me not to demonize fast food and after really taking that in. I have had way less of a hard time saying no. Take the bread off the burger try to stay under your calorie goal. But go get a little bit with alot of water
