I started at right about 300 a little before logging on this app. Started tracking with the app at about 295 or so at the beginning of June. Down to 281 today. I have a long way to go as well, but we'll get there! App has been incredibly helpful for me.

Hang in there! I just had my birthday as well. I have a couple kids, so I get sucked in to the sweets a little bit. Totally broke my diet that day - two donuts in the morning, cake as a dessert, big dinner.
