I weigh everything I eat on a food scale. I try to use low calorie vegetables so I can eat larger portions.

Yes, eating lots of fruits and vegetables make me feel bloated. I know it’s just temporary so I don’t worry about it. And eating healthy food is good for me. 😊

I’m still kind of new to MFP app and community and looking for new meal ideas. My calorie allowance is 1200 per day. So when I found this thread it was like finding a treasure! There are so many great ideas here!
