Decrease or eliminate caffeine. Work out earlier in day. Create a bed time routine, consider adding gentle yoga or meditation. Limit screen time before bedtime. Research a good melatonin supplement. Just a few ideas

I would weigh the grapefruit before eating & after to log the difference, since that is the edible portion. Bananas without peel, etc
