I am a huge fan of zoodles (zucchini noodles) and shirataki noodles (in produce cooler)! I don't care for spaghetti squash as pasta, but love it as a hash browns substitute!

I am not vegan, but due to a pancreatic deficiency, I am unable to process mammalian protein...so no mammal meat, milk, cheese, etc. I do still eat chicken, turkey, fish and eggs. I am always on the hunt for more vegan recipes to add to my rotation!

I second the fajitas, though I opt for chicken and hold all dairy. I skip the rice and beans & am generous with the veggies to stuff 2 tortillas. The leftovers are even better the next day! Enjoy yourself!

I have been "out of the loop" as of late...my husband lost his job a week and a half ago and it has left me scrambling to pick up extra classes at the Y and kind of lost in a funk, but I will get back in the swing of things this week!

I am with the majority here & am not a big morning water. If I do eat, almost always below 200 calories. I tend to be hungry at dinner after a full work day and workout.
