Yes it’s less about exercise and more about what you put in your mouth if you’re talking about weight loss per se ... I lost three stone and kept it off for 11 years now one stone of it crept back so I’m back on it - I walk my dog but that’s it weight comes off anyway

So woohoo today I am 141.06lb yesterday I was 143! So exactly three pounds lost in three weeks. Onwards and downwards with MFP thanks for the support guys this forum is amazing 🙏

Panini911 thanks for the encouragement I weigh most things but not things like broccoli or blueberries for example. I include all spreads as well and almond milk milk etc.
