You need to weigh your foods, not choose a size like medium for an entry. You might be off by hundreds of calories per day.

I can now carry 6 bags of groceries at once up a flight of stairs into the house. πͺ

I dry rub it with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes (I use thighs). Nice and juicy.

Weight loss occurs when you are in a calorie deficit. Some people are structured with their macros, for a myriad of reasons. Personally, I donβt pay much attention to them.
