Sure, save some calories for when you get home. It doesn’t matter what time you eat, as long as you stay in a calorie deficit.

It will become second nature. Within two weeks of logging, I didn’t think about it, I just did it. If you’re short on time, try logging a few days in advance. Then, you’ll be all set and only have to do it a few times a week.

Eat your waffles. Many people fail due to eliminating their favorite foods. I eat the foods I love and lose weight. I look forward to every meal. I eat eggs, butter and bread every day. I eat seafood a few times a week. Rice, too. As long as you stay in a calorie deficit, you’ll lose weight. What are you eating?

I always weigh food before cooking. It’s working great for me so I see no reason to change my method or to weigh this food raw but that food cooked.

Just from a practical point of view, how do you wipe your butt after using the toilet? Unless you’ve got Stretch Armstrong arms, there’s no way you can reach around those globes. I guess you could get a bidet. 🤔

I use Revlon Colorstay foundation. I have blotchy skin and this stuff works great.
