...for being too attractive. The cop wanted her number. 💕

I personally do take the time to enter all my ingredients once and then save as a meal. It’s really the best way I’ve found to get an accurate count. P.S. I applaud you for trying to find the answer before creating your thread. Too many people don’t. 👏

I’m so glad to be too old to fall for 💩 like this. 😝

Welcome to the community! 🧡 If you haven’t already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary. Good luck with your journey!

Why the deadline?

I’ve gone into the ladies locker room and run in place, stretches, light calisthenics, lifted dumbbells, etc.

We’re all different. I went to the gym for an hour workout at 4:30 a.m. Breakfast was at about 6 a.m. See what works for you.

Figure out why you’re hungry, if it’s true hunger. Perhaps you’re not eating the type of foods that would satiate you.

Most of us aren’t on a diet plan. Are you looking for someone to tell you what to eat and when to eat it? If so, you could make an appointment with a Registered Dietician.
