I learned early on to fill out my food diary a few days in advance. It gets rid of all that “oh crap!” stress that goes along with weight loss.

It depends on how much you have to lose overall. You’d be looking at a loss of 7.5 pounds per month if you spread it out over a year. I eat a pescatarian diet which is plant based with seafood, eggs and some dairy. I don’t know what my macros are. My diet is well balanced so my macros don’t matter to me.

@NovusDies I just adopted a 5 year old husky shepherd hound mix who was never leash trained. I’ve got her on a Gentle Leader (halti) and it’s really helped. Perhaps you should consider it for your pup. 😉
