I'm finally ready to change. I weigh 220 lbs. The button on my pants broke, the button, not the thread. I can't fit into any of my clothes, have trouble putting on socks or tying my shoes. I'm out of breath clipping my toe nails.

    Stay positive and use the diary religious my for tracking. I have been on here the last 2 year's consistently and loss 100 plus pounds. I have met some great friends in the community for motivation and support. Feel free 2 Be Friend Me! Send me a request and we can help each other's journeys. I was 236 and now 126. This system works . All about eating in moderation of any foods you like and weighing and poisoning food properly. You can do this withoût exercise bût some exercise that your body can handle will benefit you in the long haul. I love pool exercise and walking. I hope this help you!
